In the event of a warranty claim:
If your suitcase is damaged during transportation (flight, train, boat, etc.), you must immediately contact your carrier to file a claim with them.
If your claim is accepted by Lambert and we have the replacement part, we will be happy to send it to you.
If we do not have the replacement part to repair your suitcase, we will send you a replacement suitcase of equal value. We cannot guarantee that the replacement model will be identical to the one purchased. The suitcase may be a limited edition, discontinued, or out of stock.
How to make a warranty claim:
For any claim, we invite you to send us an email at info@designlambert.com if your suitcase was purchased through our website. If it was purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
For any claim, make sure to include:
- A photo of the issue.
- Your proof of purchase or order number.
