
Shipping Policy
Standard delivery
We offer free shipping across Canada for any purchase of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from the carrier. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages.
You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by writing to us at info@designlambert.com. Please remember to include your order number associated with the purchase as well as the reason for the change or cancellation.
If the package is returned due to an error in the shipping address, a move, or a refusal of the package, an additional shipping fee of $9+tax will be charged for the return of the item.
Order processing times may be extended to 3 to 7 days during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for tracking with FedEx or Post Canada.
Pick up in store
We offer the possibility to pick up your order for free at our Montreal store at 5085 Saint-Denis Street. If you select the ''Pick up'' option when choosing the delivery method, your order will be prepared within 24 hours. As soon as it is ready, you will receive an email asking you to select the ideal time for you to pick up your order. The available time slots are Monday to Saturday between noon and 5 p.m.
