Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all purchases of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts. Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on the shipping address. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email for tracking with Canada Post or Purolator. The delay may be longer during busy periods such as 3 to 10 business days. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or lost packages. *You can modify or cancel your order within the hour following your order by writing us at info@designlambert.com. Don't forget to give us your order number associated with the purchase and the reason for the change or cancellation. If the package is returned due to an error in the delivery address, a move or a refusal of the package, additional shipping fees of 9$+tx will be charged for the return of the item.

Pick-up in store

We offer the option to pick up your order for free at our Montreal store located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis. If you select the "Pick Up" option when choosing the delivery method, your order will be prepared within 24 hours. Once it's ready, you will receive an email prompting you to select a convenient time to pick up your order. Available time slots are Monday to Saturday between noon and 5 p.m.
