Shipping Policy

Standard delivery

We offer free shipping across Canada for any purchase of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from the carrier. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages. You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by writing to us at info@designlambert.com. Please remember to include your order number associated with the purchase as well as the reason for the change or cancellation. If the package is returned due to an error in the shipping address, a move, or a refusal of the package, an additional shipping fee of $9+tax will be charged for the return of the item. Order processing times may be extended to 3 to 7 days during busy periods. Lambert is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for tracking with FedEx. *Please note that the potential Canada Post strike will not affect our deliveries. At Lambert, all orders are shipped exclusively with FedEx. Our shipping process remains fully operational — no delays are expected. You can shop with confidence knowing your package will be delivered quickly and reliably.

Pick up in warehouse

You can pick up your order for free at our warehouse. At checkout, simply select the “Pick up” option as your delivery method. Your order will be ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive an email inviting you to choose the ideal time for pickup.
