Care Instructions for Bags and Accessories
To maintain the condition of your products, we recommend following these care instructions:
Be careful not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces.
When the bag is not in use, you can store it in its reusable fabric pouch.
To clean the material, we recommend using a soft cloth slightly dampened with soapy water. Avoid contact with the following: chemical or abrasive products and dyes.
Please note that a strongly dyed product may transfer color onto a light-colored bag (e.g., jeans).
Note that polyurethane may have a specific odor. Simply let your bag air out for a few hours, and any odor will dissipate.
If your bag has irregularities or dents upon receipt, we recommend filling it to full capacity and waiting 72 hours. Transportation may sometimes alter the bag's appearance, but the material is flexible and will return to its original shape without issue.
Vegan leather is made of polyurethane. It is a material that is highly resistant to weather conditions (cold, heat) and requires minimal maintenance. The bag is already waterproof, so no treatment is necessary.

When the suitcase is not in use, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects against the suitcase during storage.
