Do you offer pick up in store?
Yes! Simply select the "Pickup" option at the checkout stage of your order. You will receive an automatic notification when your order is ready. You can then pick it up at your convenience during our store hours, which are Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are located at 5085 Saint-Denis Street, Montreal.
What should I do if I forget my code on my suitcase?
For security reasons, we are unable to crack or reset codes on TSA locks. Therefore, we encourage you to run the combination lock from 000 to 999. This should take about 20 to 30 minutes. However, if this does not solve your issue, please contact us via email for further assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or online stores.
If you purchased your Lambert item from a physical or online retailer, please contact the customer service of that retailer to learn about their return or exchange procedures.
RETURNING BAGS AND ACCESSORIES:
If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Items must have all tags attached and be in perfect condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take between 24 and 72 hours.

We will send you the return procedure and a shipping label to attach to your return package, which can be dropped off at any Postes Canada counter. A $10 fee for the shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Lambert reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the established conditions.

Where are the products designed?
All the design of our products is made by our team in Montreal. It's a long process as all sketches are designed from scratch in-house.
Why did you choose Asia for production?
Guangzhou factory, which has been working in women's accessories for 18 years, has a unique expertise in producing quality products. We also chose this factory because it matches our code of ethics.
The factory is modern and the working conditions are excellent. The facilities are safe and organized. Employees work in air conditioning, have a trendy coffee shop at their disposal and are allowed an hour nap after lunch.
Why are your products vegan?
No animal products are used, both in the materials of the products and in the creation process.
We also work with a new material made from grape residue.
