General Information

What are the possible payment methods?

On the website, Lambert accepts Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Amex, Diner’s Club, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Sezzle.

At our Montreal store, we accept payment by credit card, cash, and debit card.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free delivery anywhere in Quebec for orders of $75 and more! (Before taxes and after discounts.)

What is local delivery?

Local delivery is a service we provide to customers whose shipping address is within 20 km of our warehouse. This covers part of the greater Montreal area. The cost of this delivery option is $20, and it ensures that you receive your package before 9 p.m. the same day (on business days) if your order is placed before noon. If your order is placed after noon, the package will be delivered the next day. Once the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Because this is a courier service, you will not receive a tracking number. You will need to make sure you are present for delivery, failing which the package will be left in a location deemed secure with supporting evidence.

Note: this service does not deliver on weekends.

What is my order’s delivery time?

The standard delivery time for Quebec is between 3 and 5 business days for items in inventory. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods.

*Please note that delivery time will be 5-10 business days during Black Friday period.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@designlambert.com.

Please confirm the order number associated with the purchase as well as the reason for the change/cancellation.

*Please note that during Black Friday period, you can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! You only have to choose the option “Pick Up” during the billing step of your order. You will receive an automatic communication letting you know when your order is ready. You can then stop by at the time that suits you best during the store’s business hours, Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 5 p.m. We are located at 5085 rue Saint-Denis, in Montreal.

Exchange/Return

How can I make a return/exchange?

*Note that all purchases made from November 1, 2021 can be exchanged or refunded until January 10, 2022. The product must be in its original condition and must have its label.

*** Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges and returns for merchandise purchased from other retailers or another online store. ***

If you purchased your Lambert through a physical or virtual retailer, please contact that retailer’s after-sales service for their return or exchange procedure.


BAGS AND ACCESSORIES RETURN:

If you wish to return an item purchased on designlambert.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Items must have all labels and be in perfect condition. The refund will be made on the initial method of payment, within a period that may vary between 24 and 72 hours.

In Store You can return your order to our Montreal store at 5085 rue Saint-Denis for a free return.

By Mail

You can return your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can give to any Canada Post outlet. A $10 fee corresponding to the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. The Lambert team reserves the right to refuse a refund if it does not respect the established conditions.

BAGS AND ACCESSORIES EXCHANGE:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange your purchase free of charge on designlambert.com. If you got an item on sale, it is a final sale. To proceed with an exchange, here are the possible options:

In Store

You can exchange your order at our Montreal store at 228 rue Saint-Jacques. (In order to comply with sanitary measures, write to us at info@designlambert.com to arrange an appointment at our store to proceed to an exchange outside.)

By Mail

You can exchange your order by mail. Simply write to us at info@designlambert.com indicating your order number and the desired product in exchange. We will send you the procedure as well as a label to stick on the return package that you can give to any Canada Post outlet. Once your package has been received and processed at our warehouse, we will send you the product of your choice, free of charge.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

Any item purchased on sale is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

We invite you to contact info@designlambert.com or the concerned retailer within 24 hours of receiving your item.

How long does it take before I receive a refund on my credit card?

As soon as your return is processed, the requested refund is made. It can take 24 to 72 hours before the balance appears on your bank statement.

What computer format goes in your backpacks and other products?

The computer measurement should be taken diagonally across the screen when the case is closed.

Does my wallet fit into the Gabrielle?

The Meli wallet is too large to fit into the Gabrielle. However, the Laura fits perfectly!
