As a Sales Coordinator at Lambert, you will be called upon to collaborate with the sales representatives as well as the Sales Director. You will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with our retailers and also tracking the inventory. For this position, we are looking for a rigorous person who enjoys close relationships with customers and exceeding objectives.

Your missions

  • Support the daily sales team and the sales director;
  • Brief the marketing team for retail newsletters and conduct retailer reviews;
  • Attend various events organized by Lambert including trade shows and customer events in both Canada and the United States;
  • Maintain retailers' event calendar and ensure logistics;
  • Help out in the shop if needed;
  • Coordinate the travel of representatives on the road;
  • Send order confirmations and payment links;
  • Ensure the proper execution of the entire administrative aspect, including the maintenance of databases and official documents (wholesale, defective retailers, etc.);
  • Prepare samples and keep the log up to date;
  • Contribute to retailer pre-orders and track inventory;
  • Carry out follow-ups and management of the Instagram account dedicated to representatives in close collaboration with the sales team;
  • Any other related tasks.

Your progress after a year in office will look like this…

  • In 6 months , you have assimilated the majority of your tasks and responsibilities. You have a good command of your tools and software that you use daily. You have made at least three (3) briefs for retailer newsletters per week and you help prepare a tradeshow.
  • In 12 months , you have managed to develop a great relationship with customers. You have even participated in two (2) trade shows as well as customer events.

Required skills

  • Have a DEC in administration, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a bachelor’s degree in marketing;
  • Perfect bilingualism;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite including excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of sales or any other similar experience;
  • Sense of organization;
  • Master inventory systems.
