Are Black Friday discounts only valid online?
Not at all! All our Black Friday deals will be available both online and at our store at 5085 Saint-Denis Street in Montreal. Some retailers also offer special promotions. Visit the 'Find Us' page to locate the retailer nearest to you.
Can I return or exchange items purchased during Black Friday?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges for your orders until January 10, 2024, for all purchases made from November 1, 2023. Terms and conditions apply. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
What is the delivery time for a purchase made on Black Friday?
Due to the high order volume during the holiday season, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual and can range from 5 to 7 business days.
